HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping with GreentouchHome.com is easy; just add selected items to your shopping cart, then click the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top right-hand corner of your browser window.

To add items to your shopping cart:

  • Click the desired item and select the applicable options and quantity.
  • Click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Click on the “Shopping Cart” icon at the upper right-hand corner of the screen to view the items in your cart.
  • To continue shopping, simply click anywhere outside of the cart summary dropdown; to view your cart, click “View Cart”; to proceed to checkout, click “Checkout”.

To checkout:

  • Click the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top right-hand corner of your browser window. You will see the merchandise you have selected, including each item’s price and your subtotal.
  • To continue shopping, simply click anywhere outside of the cart summary dropdown.
  • To view your cart, click “View Cart” to review, remove, or update the items in your cart. When you are ready to checkout, you can click “Proceed to Checkout” from the shopping cart page.
  • To proceed directly to checkout, click “Checkout”.
  • Sign in, create an account, or choose to proceed as a guest.
  • Enter any applicable Promotion Codes at the right of the screen and click “Apply”.
  • Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

When your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. Save this email for your records as it includes an order number that you can use to check the status of your purchase on your My Account page.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES GREENTOUCHHOME.COM ACCEPT?

GreentouchHome.com currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept Gift Cards.

We are also unable to accept checks, cash, or money orders. Please see below for additional payment information.

  • For us to accept payment, the billing and credit card addresses must match.
  • GreentouchHome.com is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors.
  • Immediately upon purchase, a pre-authorization will be placed on your card for your order amount. Your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges if applicable.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE MY ORDER?

No, you do not need an account with GreentouchHome.com to shop with us. However, registering for an account with us is easy and provides you with the following benefits:

HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Promotional codes may be offered seasonally or for a special event that will be automatically added to your order during the checkout process, you may sometimes qualify for an offer that is associated with a specific code.

To redeem an offer using a promotional code, simply follow the steps below:

  • On the Shopping Cart page, type the code into the “Have a Promo Code?” box at the upper right-hand side of the screen and click “Apply”.
  • Check to ensure that your promotion has been applied under “Summary” at the right-hand side of the screen, then click "Proceed to Checkout".
  • Promotions may also be added within the checkout pages.

WILL GREENTOUCHHOME.COM CHARGE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

Depending on the state you reside in, GreentouchHome.com is required to collect sales tax as required by federal, state, county, and municipal law.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or alter an order that you have already placed. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Currently, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking your order with GreentouchHome.com is easy! Simply sign into your account where you can check the status of your order. You will also receive an email notification when your order has shipped. If you need assistance, please contact CustomerService@GreentouchHome.com for details.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY SHIPMENT WAS INCOMPLETE OR IS LOST?

It is possible that your various items will arrive at different times. If it is still within the normal estimated delivery time frame, then please wait until that time frame is up – your package might still arrive. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

To start your return or exchange:

Please contact CustomerService@GreentouchHome.com to begin your return. Please include the reason for return or exchange and if there is any damage to the product, please include images of the damage. In some situations, full replacements or replacement parts may be an option for you. When applicable our team will help you schedule the pick-up of your return items at your convenience. If there is no damage to the item a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

WHEN I MAKE A RETURN, WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

For returns authorized by CustomerService@GreentouchHome.com and made within the date range specified plus no damage upon inspection of the returned item you will be refunded in full.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO COME THROUGH?

Please allow us approximately 10-14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.


CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.


CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Unfortunately, GreentouchHome.com does not ship outside the of the contiguous United States. As we grow, we hope to be able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally. If you would like check if your order can be shipped or your country to be considered for international shipping, please send an email to CustomerService@GreentouchHome.com.


HOW CAN I RETRIEVE A LOST PASSWORD?

To re-set a forgotten password simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page, then enter your email address when prompted to do so. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.


WHEN WILL CUSTOMERS BE BILLED FOR ORDERS?

Customers will be billed after the order ships from one of our warehouses.


DOES THE PERSON PLACING THE ORDER HAVE TO BE THE CARDHOLDER?

Yes, for legal reasons, the person making any order, exchange or return must be the cardholder.
