Return & Exchange Policy
Before beginning assembly or installation of your product, make sure your item is as expected and all parts are included and functional. Each product comes with an Instruction Manual including package contents, hardware contents and replacement parts pages. If any part(s) are missing or damaged, do not attempt to install or assemble the product. Contact our parts department directly at 1-855-571-1044, Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST, except when closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
*We will gladly exchange, repair, or refund most items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note there is a 25% re-stocking fee. Please see product exemptions below. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
All orders will be fully refunded if the return is the result of an error by Greentouchhome.com. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery or Less than Truckload Deliveries). Items must be returned in original packaging with all components for a full refund.
To start your return or exchange:
Please contact CustomerService@GreentouchHome.com to begin your return. Please include the reason for return or exchange and if there is any damage to the product, please include images of the damage. In some situations, full replacements or replacement parts may be an option for you. When applicable our team will help you schedule the pick-up of your return items at your convenience. If there is no damage to the item a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.
*Exemption: Printed products such as wallpaper are printed on demand therefore cannot be exchanged, repaired, or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
