Return & Exchange Policy


We will gladly exchange, repair, or refund most items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note there is a 25% re-stocking fee.

All orders will be fully refunded if the return is the result of an error by Greentouchhome.com. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery or Less than Truckload Deliveries). Items must be returned in original packaging with all components for a full refund.

To start your return or exchange:
Please log in, navigate to "My Account" and view "Purchase History". Choose your order and select "Request a Return". You may contact Customer Support to help get your return started. We will help you schedule the pick-up of your return items at your convenience. Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are included and functional. Each product comes with an Instruction Manual including package contents, hardware contents and replacement parts pages. If any part(s) are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
